Emailing Cambridge Medical Centre

Email is a non-urgent way of communicating with us. 

If your email is regarding an appointment, a prescription request, test results request, or requests for treatment or advice, please use one of the following options:  

* Appointments:

  • Please use your MyIndici patient portal or Phone 07 8277184

  • Appointments will not be booked or rescheduled via email

  • Please note for Work and Income and ACC Medicals and extensions, this requires an appointment with your GP

* Prescription requests:

  • Please use your MyIndici patient portal or

  • Email prescriptions@cambridgemedicalcentre.co.nz or

  • Phone 07 8277184 option 1 to leave a voicemail with your prescription order, you must list the names of the medications you require.  Please note for patients receiving repeat prescriptions you are required to attend an annual medication review.

  • Please note Antibiotic requests require a face to face consultation, please call 07 8277184 to book in. 

* Travel Consultation:

Test results:

  • Please use your MyIndici patient portal or

  • Phone 07 8277184 option 3 to leave a voicemail for a nurse to call you back 

* Please note the following services will incur a fee and may also require a GP appointment:

  • Requesting a referral

  • Documents for your GP to complete

* If you require access to the MyIndici patient portal, please email a copy of your photo ID so we can activate this for you.  If you are having trouble accessing your MyIndici Patient Portal please phone 07 8277184 to speak to an admin team member.

In case of an emergency always call 111

All clinical calls are channeled to our nurses.
If a nurse is unable to take your call at the time, please leave a clear message with your name,
date of birth and contact number. A nurse will return your call as soon as possible. 

For repeat scripts you can leave a message. Repeat scripts will be ready after 48 hours.
