Sports Med Cambridge
We have GP’s who are qualified in Sports Medicine and who have specialist knowledge in this area. They will work with you to diagnose and treat your sports or exercise injury along with discussing preventative measures for the future.
Sports Medicine services include:
Assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans along with cortisone injections for certain conditions. Where appropriate our GP’s may refer to a specialist service for further assessment and treatment.
Cambridge Medical Centre is also a contracted provider for the High-Performance Sport NZ codes based in Cambridge, working with the athletes to provide acute and general medical services in conjunction with the team at High-Performance Sport.
